In our sessions, you’ll find the safe, non-judgmental space for reflection that busy leaders and executives need, but often don't give themselves. My practice is rooted in keen observation and objective listening, guiding clients to connect the dots and access new perspectives, while reflecting on behaviors and patterns that may no longer be serving them. We accomplish this through a process of wayfinding.

Wayfinding as a metaphor for growth acknowledges the inherent uncertainty of the future. It encourages us to be adaptable, to consider different paths, and to embrace changing course as needed.

What to expect

  • Initial consultation

    All engagements begin with a complimentary 30 minute consultation to understand goals, answer questions, and outline a potential path forward.

  • 1:1 Coaching sessions

    Sessions are 60 minute virtual meetings. A biweekly cadence is suggested for new clients.

  • Coaching packages

    Coaching packages are offered in increments of 6 sessions, with 12 sessions recommended as the optimal starting engagement.

  • Resources

    Clients also gain access to development frameworks and related reading materials that strengthen the work being done in sessions.

  • Optional add-ons

    Clients may request additional sessions to include their manager. As a certified Integrative Enneagram Practitioner, I also offer Enneagram profile debriefs.

About me

Prior to coaching, I led User Experience (UX) teams at several Tech companies, most recently at Google where I built and led UX teams for Chrome, Search, and Maps.

I also founded and served as Director of UX Community + Culture at Google, a program aimed at empowering the company’s global UX organization. This role reinforced what I already knew firsthand: leadership can be lonely and our development is only as good as what we put into it.

Enter coaching. Having a coach during a tumultuous period of pandemic, work-from-home, and personal life changes was a gift that clarified what I wanted in my life: to leave my corporate job and to pursue coaching training and practice.

I am certified by the Hudson Institute of Coaching, accredited as a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and accredited by Integrative Enneagram Solutions to offer Enneagram Profile debriefs.
